I know many of you guys concern about macronutrients and net carbs in one serving. I will do my best to calculate nutrition facts for you guys. I will make standard recipe first so that you guys can understand what is it in the recipe. This keto Mooncake is something like snowskin Mooncake. So the pastry outside is actually sugar free almond paste or marzipan in French cuisine. Ok, next is the filling inside. It’s shredded coconut blend with sweeteners of your choice (stevia and erythritol for keto, coconut sugar for diabetics) and now if u prefer egg yolks or nuts and seeds just add in.
